Kris studied massage therapy at The Body Therapy Institute and graduated in 2008.  She studied and became a Reiki master in 2012 and a Reiki teacher in 2017.  Kris is also a wife, mother, and business owner and as such has a unique understanding of the stresses and struggles of daily life.  Her practice and continuing education provide Kris an extensive knowledge of the body which allows her massage techniques to be restorative, corrective, and healing.
